The shareholding of the members companies is
distributed between HOLDEFI and the local shareholders. HOLDEFI, shareholder
of reference of the members companies ensures this title the requirements
in own capital stocks and makes safe the operation of the existing companies.
Moreover, HOLDEFI manages the group geographic development through the definition
and implementation of a strategic plan aimed at the creation of financing companies
in new countries. In 1999, two companies joined HOLDEFI's initial partners:
FMO (a development company from Netherlands) and AFH (holding of the BOA/EQUIPBAIL Group located in Luxembourg).
In 2006, new partners, AFRINCINVEST, FINNFUND and TUNISIA LEASING allowed,
moreover, a significant increase in the capital which has triplet.
The shareholding of HOLDEFI is from now on the following:
- CFAO, leader in the distribution of goods and equipments in subsaharian Africa,
with offices in more than 20 countries from Africa, Madagascar, Mauritius Island
and french overseas territories. |

- OPTORG, with its 2 major activities : distribution of equipment goods in Central
Africa and Ivory Coast, and seafoods.
- GRAS SAVOYE, major european insurance broker, established in 92 countries,
(17 in Africa), developping important synergies in the field of insurances related
to financing activities.
- PROPARCO: "Société de Promotion et de participation pour
la coopération en Afrique", a subsidiary of "Agence Française
de Développement" (the French Development Agency), aimed at the financing
of private businesses and the promotion of capital ventures in Africa.
- FMO: A public company from The Netherlands, specialized in the financing of
developping countries, more specifically through the creation of leasing companies
in Africa.
- AFH-BOA: African Financial Holding - Bank of Africa. An important group of
banks and financial companies established in West Africa.
- AFRICINVEST: Investment fund
specialized in the acquisitions of a holding
in African companies.
- FINNFUND: A public company from
the Finnish, specialized in the financing of the company installed in the developing
countries. |
