To maintain coherent the information and management systems of its member companies,
to keep their operations safe, and provide training to management.

To provide technical support in the
areas of accounting, taxes, laws and
organization.

To analyse the monthly reporting of the various entities, to oversee the annual
budget process, and take any action to implement, improve and control all the
procedures.

To develop management and control tools for its companies, leading to important
economies of scale and productivity gains.

To keep close relationships with major european financing groups, international
financial institutions and Paris head-quarters of banks located in Africa.
- To closely
manage the evolution of member companies stockholderships and contribute to the
overall development of the Group, with the main objective to assist partner import
companies, through sales financing to local small and medium sized businesses.
